Started as a Machine Learning Engineer, ended up leading people the classic "how did I get here." Spent a few years at a rapidly growing e-commerce startup figuring out how to price deliveries and forecast demand, then moved to Alibaba to make it actually work and obviously fix checkout bugs.
Now I run AI products at T-Bank with a team of 250 AI-people: chatbots, voice bots, predictive systems, and whatever else needs to make 10 times user experience and billions of profit. The thread through my entire career: making AI do something useful, not just impressive. So basically the opposite of what AI does on LinkedIn.
